APPLICATION

To join our day camp :

1) Complete the online application HERE, or download this fillable application and email it back to us at hello@thedogcircle.com.

2) Review the AGREEMENT AND WAIVER document. Email us a signed copy of the document or you can sign it in person during the initial appointment.

3) Book a behavioural assessment (day camp only) HERE.

4) Don't forget to either email us a copy of the vaccination certificate, or bring it to the behavioural assessment appointment!
